Day 8 : Check Point

Today I worked out with my trainer and ran a mile

After just one week of cardio training. I can now run a mile 2 mins faster than last week.


Updated Stats:

Mile time (14.35 mins)
puch-ups in 30 secs (17)

I have not lost any weight or inches

Total miles = 16.75
