Today I pick the "Arm Strength Training" card. I did a 30 min arm circuit on various machines.
Then I did 45 mins on the elliptical. I selected the random hill program and Level 2 (Yesterday I did Level 1) Miles =2.5
Total distance = 12.25 miles
Tomorrow, I have a session with my trainer so I will not pick a card, I will just complete the session and add some cardio.
In other news, my pants are fitting looser and I can make it through a cardio session a little easier.
I will have updated stats to share on Wednesday.
