Day 15 : Halfway Point

Today I worked out with my trainer and ran two miles.

Miles today = 2
Total Miles = 25

Check Point:
 I am getting faster! Today, I ran about 2 mins faster than my last checkpoint (Day 8) and  4 mins faster  since my first run test.

Push up test today = 27  (10 more than last check point )

Inches lost 6.5
Weight Lost = 4 lbs
