In 30 days I aspire to make some positive changes to my body. I have already altered my diet but this project is intended to push me towards incorporating fitness into my life. This blog will serve as a daily journal to keep me accountable. I will keep track of activities and changes in weight, measurements, mile time, push-ups and total run distance. I will complete this project by creating an info graphic from the data tracked.
Today I did an overall body workout. The activities I did include; running a mile (Time 16.49), squats 40, 20 push-ups, 20 leg extensions, 50 sit-ups. plank, and side plank. Today was very difficult and I had to take many water breaks.

In other news: I got a personal trainer to help accelerate change and Angel gave me a treadmill!
