Day 13

Almost forgot to blog today.....so tired.
I did not want to workout today but I forced myself to do it.
I did two videos from the fitness section of Comcast on demand and followed it up with the a some basic  core exercises. I have to go to sleep now because I have a session with my trainer in the morning...early : /
