Today I picked the "Dance " card. so I put on some music and danced around for a while.
I also ran two miles on the thread mill.

Day 19

All cardio day!

Since I have been skipping the cardio lately, today I ran 4 miles on the treadmill.
While I ran I watched a movie with my friend Sarah. I ran -she drank wine, sometimes I wish I could trade places with Sarah.
